Q. Is Tutor Support available if I study with Coracle?
Yes! Tutor Support is available with Coracle’s full package and is recommended
if you are planning on sitting ICS exams.
Q. How many essays may I submit to my tutor?
There are essay questions to submit at the end of every chapter. Each course
has 10 chapters.
Q. What format do the assignments/mock exam take?
Most assignments and mock exam questions require an essay style answer.
Q. Who will my tutor be?
You will be allocated and e-mailed with the name and e-mail address of your
tutor within 5 working days of purchasing tutor support.
Q. Is my tutor an expert?
Yes. All tutors are experts in their field and are approved by the ICS.
Q. What type of support will my tutor offer me?
Your tutor will comment on the strengths and weaknesses of your work. If you
experience particular difficulties with certain topics then you may ask your
tutor for clarification.
Q. Can I ask my tutor questions outside of the assignments?
Your tutor is there to help but please try to collate your questions and submit
them with you assignments as no-one want e-mail overload!
Q. How do I submit my work for marking?
Your assignments/mock exam should be submitted via e-mail as a Word compatible
document with your name, reference number, subject title and assignment number
clearly stated.
Q. When will I hear how well I did?
You will receive your work back, having been marked, within 10 days. Please
note that your tutor is a professional in the industry and as such there may
occasionally be delays in their returning your work. If this is likely to be
the case, your tutor will inform you.
Q. What happens if I don’t hear anything back in 10 days?
If you experience any problems then please contact Coracle.
Q. How is my work graded?
Your tutor will grade your work on a scale of 1-10 where 10 is the highest
possible mark and 5 is equivalent to the exam pass mark of 50%. (Please note
that as you are not under exam conditions and have access to the course, the
tutor will mark accordingly!)
