Coracle have adopted a manifesto, comprising four values and ten supporting principles. These values reflect our culture and working practices.

• We like to talk! We recognise that the most effective method of exchanging information is face-to-face conversation

• We believe that the best outcomes come from teams that are empowered to self-manage
• We understand that we can always be better. We talk about about how to become more effective on a regular basis and adjust our work based on our learning
