We understand that when it comes to learning, no one-size fits all. That’s why we don’t use the same product model for everyone.

When researching and planning your needs, we have three goals in mind. We want you to:

We believe that this section of work is crucial to the success of a project that it simply can't be left out. Therefore, we build in a minimum time allowance at the get-go in which we will work to understand your requirement and will produce a report for you as part of our wider project proposal.

Support

A key part of our duty is to support our customers and users. We do this by making access to the team at Coracle as easy as possible via a dedicated support site and our built-in messaging system.

We welcome any feedback! Positive comments are lovely, but we really want to hear when you feel there could be some changes made to improve your experience.

Analytics

Osprey-VLE comes with a range of real-time reports, stats and dashboards for users and course administrators, providing insights into the effectiveness of your programme.

The use of and importance of data analytics has grown as techniques to process the data have improved. Analytics can be used to determine how well people perform, as well as provide insights on how users interact with certain pages. This will be important when analysing the overall effectiveness of your training course.

A range of statistical information is provided as standard, meeting many regular KPI requests, including:

  • number of active users on an activity
  • the average number of statements per user on an activity
  • the average number of minutes per page visit per user
  • results of online tests that have been passed within the activity

As a group administrator or site supervisor, these insights help enable compliance monitoring as well as being where feedback from users is collated.
