We tackle isolation from learning

Coracle’s vision for a world where no-one is isolated from learning opportunities is made possible with our core product, our proprietary cloud-based learning platform that we call Osprey-VLE.

Coracle use this platform to enable partners to provide tailored and highly contextual micro-learning, whilst our Learning Record Store integrates with data flowing from numerous third party APIs to provide a scalable model of creating value from data analytics.

Hard-to-reach and traditional communities

We seek to use technology to enable communities to learn together and to create a sense of shared achievement.

For communities where traditional methods are highly valued and protected, there may be conflict in developing emerging skills found in the increasingly digital world.

Coracle offer a means of enabling these communities to engage with non-networked devices, pre-loaded with community approved content to assist community members with skills development.

What is isolation?

Isolation isn’t always obvious. In fact, many of our users are isolated in plain view.

Our work within the Healthcare industry has shown us this, with people being isolated from either lack of access to information or isolated from care and support.

Working with subject matter experts to create apps (funded by NHS SBRI) with specialised content has enabled us to bridge the isolation gap between experts and the public.

Traction

Traction is important - it allows us to evaluate our impact: for instance, 35,000 users generated over 1,000,000 statements during the past 12 months.
